White label WordPress maintenance and support for agencies
Updates, fixes and small changes on your clients’ sites, done by our team and reported under your agency’s name.
You keep the care plans and the client relationship. We test every update on staging first, so a plugin update doesn’t take a client site down on a Friday afternoon.
Why maintenance gets harder as you grow
-
Clients expect fixes the same day
-
Small tasks eat into project time
-
Your developers are busy with new builds
-
A full-time support hire doesn’t pay off yet
-
Freelancers aren’t around when a site breaks
-
Plugin updates break sites without warning
The work itself is simple. Doing it every month across dozens of client sites is the hard part.
What white label WordPress maintenance covers each month
Your clients never see us. Tasks come from your team, and reports go out with your logo.
Updates on staging
Core, theme and plugin updates every week, tested on staging first, with a backup to roll back to. Critical security patches go in the same day.
Bug fixes
Layout, form and compatibility issues. Non-critical tasks start within 24 working hours.
Security
Malware scans, firewall and login protection, and patches when a plugin has a known vulnerability.
Speed checks
Caching, image and Core Web Vitals fixes when a site starts to slow down.
Small changes
New sections, content updates and small features from your clients’ wish lists.
Urgent fixes
When a client site goes down, we start on it within 1 hour during working hours.
Response times
Measured in our working hours. Your team always gets a reply within a few hours, even when the fix takes longer.
Site down or checkout broken
We start within 1 hour and keep your PM posted until it’s back.
Security patch
When a plugin on one of your sites has a known vulnerability, we patch it the same day.
Bugs and small changes
Work starts within 24 working hours. Most small tasks are done in a day or two.
Routine updates
Once a week, on staging first. You don’t need to ask.
How white label support works with your clients
Your clients keep talking to you. We stay behind your agency’s name.
-
1. The client reports to you
As they always have: email, phone, your help desk.
-
2. You pass it to us
In Slack, Jira, ClickUp, Asana or email, whichever your team already uses. A link and a screenshot are usually enough.
-
3. We fix and test
On staging first. You get a short note on what changed and anything else we noticed on the site.
-
4. You reply to the client
In your words, from your inbox. If a call is needed, we can join it as part of your team.
Taking over sites another team built
Most sites come to us with a few surprises. In the first week we go through each one.
- Access to hosting, WordPress, DNS and the repository, collected in one place
- A fresh backup we have actually restored
- A plugin review: outdated, abandoned and duplicate plugins
- A staging copy, if the site doesn’t have one
- Uptime monitoring switched on
- A first report with what we found and what we’d fix
What 5, 15 or 30 hours a month usually covers
Maintenance runs on a retainer. These are typical months, not fixed plans. The mix changes with your sites.
5 hours a month
Weekly updates, backup checks and monitoring for a few brochure sites, plus one or two small fixes.
15 hours a month
Updates for 10 or so sites, content changes and bug fixes, and a landing page now and then.
30 hours a month
A larger portfolio, including WooCommerce stores, with room for small features next to the routine work.
What the monthly report looks like
One page per site, with your logo or no branding at all. Your client sees your agency’s name, never ours.
Updates
Which plugins, themes and core versions changed, and anything we held back because it wasn’t safe yet.
Uptime and backups
Uptime for the month, any incidents and how long they lasted, and the date of the last tested backup.
Security
Scan results and patched vulnerabilities, in words a client understands.
Speed
PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals compared with last month, so slowdowns get caught early.
Work done
Fixes and changes, with the hours they took.
Example: a month for an agency with 12 sites
A design agency on a 15-hour retainer. A fairly normal month.
-
Every Tuesday
Updates on all 12 sites, tested on staging. One plugin update broke a slider on staging, so we held it back for a week until the fix came out.
-
Week 2
A contact form on one site stopped sending after the client changed their email provider. Fixed the same afternoon.
-
Week 3
A new landing page for a client campaign, built from the agency’s Figma file with existing blocks. About 5 hours.
-
End of month
12 reports with the agency’s logo, sent to the PM to forward. 14.5 of the 15 hours used.
Three ways to pay
