Outsource WordPress development for agencies

Outsource WordPress development one task at a time. Send fixes, pages and features when you have them, and pay for the work that’s done.

No contract and no deposit. Our developers pick up tasks from your backlog and deliver them under your brand.

Outsourced WordPress development task queue with bug fixes, landing pages and plugin work

When agencies outsource WordPress development

  • A busy month swamps your team
  • Small tasks pile up and delay big projects
  • An urgent client fix can’t wait until Monday
  • A task needs skills nobody on the team has
  • A full-time developer costs money in quiet months
  • Deadlines slip and clients notice

You need more developers when work spikes, not another full-time salary.

What you can send us

Anything WordPress, from a five-minute fix to a full feature.

Bugs and urgent issues

Broken layouts, forms that don’t send, white screens and errors after updates.

New pages and sections

Landing pages and new sections built from your Figma designs, using the site’s existing blocks where they fit.

Theme and plugin changes

Edits to existing themes, custom blocks and plugin extensions.

WooCommerce tasks

Product page changes, checkout tweaks, payment and shipping setup, and the odd plugin that misbehaves after an update.

Speed fixes

Performance work on slow client sites, with before and after numbers.

Integrations and forms

CRMs, email marketing, booking tools and other APIs connected to WordPress.

How a task goes

  1. 1. Send it

By email, Slack, ClickUp, Asana or your own system. A screenshot and two lines are often enough. We ask if something’s unclear.

  2. 2. Approve the estimate

You get an estimate in hours, usually within a few hours. Nothing starts until you say yes.

  3. 3. We do it on staging

A developer builds and tests the change, then sends it to you with a short note on what changed.

  4. 4. You ship it

You check the result and deliver it to your client. Our name isn’t anywhere on it.

What to put in a task

You don’t need a spec. These four things are enough for an accurate estimate.

Where it is

A link to the page, or a screenshot with the problem circled.

What should happen

What the page does now and what it should do. For new work, the Figma frame or a rough sketch.

Access

Staging, WordPress admin or the repository. If there’s no staging site, we’ll set one up first.

When you need it

A real deadline, if there is one. It decides where the task goes in the queue.

How we count hours

You pay for time actually spent, and you can see where it went.

1-hour minimum

The smallest order is one hour. Got three tiny fixes? Send them together.

15-minute steps

Time is tracked per task in 15-minute steps. A 20-minute fix is billed as 30 minutes, not a full hour.

No surprises

If a task is going to run over the estimate, you hear about it before we keep going.

A report you can forward

Each task with its date, time spent and a short note. Your logo on it, or no logo at all.

Who outsources to us

Agencies where WordPress work comes in bursts rather than every week.

  • Agencies with uneven workloads
  • Small teams without a developer
  • Agencies with seasonal campaign peaks
  • Design studios that need development now and then
  • Marketing agencies supporting client sites
  • Project managers with a growing backlog

Ways to pay

Start with one task. Most agencies stay on pay-as-you-go for a while, then move to prepaid hours or a retainer once tasks arrive every week.

Pay as you go

An estimate for every task. You pay for completed work only.

Prepaid hours

A block of hours you can spend on any task, whenever you need it.

Monthly retainer

Reserved hours and priority for agencies with regular work.

Retainer packages

Your first task is free

The best way to judge a development partner is to give them real work. So the first task, up to 2 hours, is on us.

  • Pick any real task from your backlog, not a made-up test
  • Up to 2 hours of work. Bigger tasks get the first 2 hours free
  • No deposit, no contract, no card on file
  • We can sign your NDA before you share any access

Outsourcing FAQ

We review each task and send an estimate in hours. Work starts only after you approve it.

Urgent fixes go first. Most small tasks are done within 24–48 hours, depending on complexity.

One hour. Time is tracked in 15-minute steps, so small fixes don’t get rounded up to a full hour each. Several small tasks can go into one order.

Yes, up to 2 hours of work. If the task is bigger, the first 2 hours are free and you approve the rest of the estimate first.

Staging or admin access, or the repository. We can sign an NDA before you share anything.
